Inclement Weather. 24.1 This Inclement Weather clause sets out the full rights, obligations and entitlements of the parties and establishes the conditions under which payment for periods of inclement weather shall be made.

Inclement Weather. 4:1 Employees who report for work on a workday or for prearranged work on a workday and are unable to work in the field because of inclement weather, heat or other causes, shall be paid for actual time worked, if any, but not less than two (2) hours at straight-time rates. Employees receiving subsistence as provided for in Section 5:2 shall continue to receive subsistence in addition to the amount provided for under this Section.
Inclement Weather. 13.1 The parties to this Agreement adopt the following provision for Inclement Weather - as follows: “The parties agree that all necessary steps will be taken to ensure that a full working understanding of the Inclement Weather procedures as contained in the relevant industry awards, is achieved and maintained throughout the industry, with particular adherence to the following provisions and guidelines:
Inclement Weather. The Employer shall not arbitrarily or capriciously withhold approval of annual leave requested due to and during periods of severe inclement weather. When the Governor or his/her designee determines that inclement weather is severe enough to close or delay opening State offices, employees who are not already on leave and who are relieved of work due to such a determination, will not be charged leave for the period of closure. Employees who do report to work during periods of closure shall only be entitled to their normal rate of compensation and shall not receive additional leave or compensatory time.
Inclement Weather. 16.1 The parties are committed to working together to minimize the impact of inclement weather. The employer will ensure reasonable allowance is included in contracts taking into account historic weather conditions and forecast rainfall.

Inclement Weather. 3.1 Inclement Weather will mean the existence of continuous rain or abnormal climatic conditions (whether they be those of hail, snow, cold, high wind, severe dust, extreme high temperature or rain affected work site) by virtue of which it is either unsafe and/or unreasonable for employees to continue working when exposed to this weather. It is agreed that in the event of wet weather consultation will be held between the parties concerned with a view to reaching agreement. On reaching agreement, steps will be taken in regard to the continuance or discontinuance of work. In all cases, consideration will be given to ensuring that a safe workplace is provided and safe systems of work are employed.
Inclement Weather. Inclement weather means the existence of rain, or abnormal climatic conditions (such as hail, snow, cold, high wind, severe dust storm, extreme high temperature, or any combination these) by virtue of which it is either not reasonable or not safe for the workers exposed thereto to continuing working whilst the same prevail. The procedures set out below shall apply if it is either not reasonable, or not safe, for employees exposed to these climatic conditions to continue working.
Inclement Weather. When an employee reports to work and cannot work because of inclement weather they shall be paid two (2) hours reporting time and the employee must remain on the job for the two (2) hour period, unless otherwise instructed by the Employer’s supervisor. When an employee has commenced work and is instructed to stop due to inclement weather, they shall be paid for the actual time worked. In no case shall an employee receive less than two (2) hours pay.
