Continued Performance. The Contractor and Contractor Parties shall continue to Perform their obligations under the Contract while any dispute concerning the Contract is being resolved.
Continued Performance. Any disputed matter, including but not limited to, DXC’s withholding of disputed invoice amounts, will not constitute a breach of this Agreement or be grounds for Supplier to restrict or suspend its provision of deliverables, Products, and/or Services to DXC or any DXC Affiliates who avail themselves of this Agreement and the services detailed throughout while the dispute is pending or being resolved. For the avoidance of doubt, Supplier will continue to perform its obligations under the Agreement despite the withholding of payment related to matters in dispute until the dispute is resolved.
Continued Performance. Each Party agrees to continue performing its obligations under the Agreement while a dispute is being resolved except to the extent the issue in dispute precludes performance (a dispute over payment shall not be deemed to preclude performance) and without limiting either Party’s right to terminate the Agreement as provided in Article 18.
Continued Performance. The fact that the dispute resolution procedures specified in this Section 13 shall have been or may be invoked shall not excuse any party from performing its obligations under this Agreement, and during the pendency of any such procedure all parties shall continue to perform their respective obligations in good faith, subject to any rights to terminate this Agreement that may be available to any party.

Following submission of the notice required by (b) above, the Contractor shall diligently continue performance of this contract to the maximum extent possible in accordance with its terms and conditions as construed by the Contractor, unless the notice reports a direction of the Contracting Officer or a communication from a SAR of the Contracting Officer, in either of which events the Contractor shall continue performance; provided, however, that if the Contractor regards the direction or communication as a change as described in (b) above, notice shall be given in the manner provided. All directions, communications, interpretations, orders and similar actions of the SAR shall be reduced to writing and copies furnished to the Contractor and to the Contracting Officer. The Contracting Officer shall countermand any action which exceeds the authority of the SAR.
Continued Performance. The Parties shall continue to perform their respective obligations under this Agreement during the pendency of any dispute including a dispute regarding the effectiveness or the purported termination of this Agreement.
Continued Performance. Provided that this Agreement has not terminated, the Parties agree to continue performing under this Agreement in accordance with its provisions, pending the final resolution of any Dispute.
Continued Performance. Provisions of this Agreement shall survive any termination of Executive’s employment hereunder if so provided herein or if necessary or desirable fully to accomplish the purposes of such provisions, including, without limitation, the obligations of the Executive under the terms and conditions of Sections 8 and 9. Any obligation of the Company to make payments to or on behalf of the Executive under Section 7 is expressly conditioned upon the Executive’s continued performance of the Executive’s obligations under Sections 8 and 9 for the time periods stated in Sections 8 and 9. The Executive recognizes that, except to the extent, if any, provided in Section 7, the Executive will earn no compensation from the Company after the Date of Termination.
