The Project Site. The site of the Resort and the Project Infrastructure shall comprise the land as described in Schedule A, and in respect of which the Right of Way shall be provided and granted by the Authority to the Concessionaire on a leave and licensee basis under and in accordance with this Agreement (the “Project Site”).

The Project Site. 10.1.1 The site of the Project shall comprise of land described in Schedule-1 and in respect of which the Right of Way shall be provided and granted by ULB to the Concessionaire as a licensee under and in accordance with this Agreement (the “Project Site”). In addition, ULB shall also provide and grant the Concessionaire the exclusive right to use the Existing Assets. It is made clear that the Concessionaire shall only have the rights of licensee i.e. right to use the Project Site and the Existing Assets for development of the Project under this Agreement and no right, title or interest in the Project Site and the Existing Assets are transferred or to be transferred in favour of Concessionaire under any circumstance.
The Project Site. The Project Site consists of King County tax parcel 042308-9014, located within Tollgate Farm Park in the City of North Bend. The Project Site includes the existing Tollgate Farmhouse at 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx X. The remainder of the Project Site contains gravel pathways, an existing gravel driveway, trees, shrubs or grass and gravel or dirt drive areas. The site is legally described in the attached Exhibit A.

The Project Site. The Project Site is approximately 12 acres of almost entirely vacant land located immediately south of Xxxxxxxx Creek east of Bendigo Boulevard (SR-202) and west of Boalch Avenue NW, comprised of King County Tax Parcel Nos. 0423089036, 0000000000, 5418700005, 5418700025, 5418700010, 5418700020, and more particularly described in the attached Exhibit A.

The Project Site will be consolidated with the adjacent property owned by Ithaca Properties, LLC located at 000 X. Xxxxx Xxxxxx, which includes property both beneath the air rights parcel and property immediately north of the air rights parcel.
