COLLECTION OF UNION DUES. 3.01 During the term of this Agreement, the Company agrees to deduct union dues from the wages of each employee who has authorized such deduction and shall forthwith remit the amounts so deducted to the International Treasurer of the Union, notwithstanding any changes in legislation that may release the Company from its obligation to do so.

COLLECTION OF UNION DUES. 11.01 The Company will deduct regular weekly dues, special assessments, and initiation fees as certified by the Union in writing from all full-time employees covered by this Agreement who are members of the Union. COLLECTION OF UNION DUES. 24.1 The Employer shall deduct from the salary of each employee, as a condition of continued employment, such initiation fees, union dues and other assessments which are established by the Association. These deductions will be mailed to the Treasurer of the Association by the 21st of the following month. Accompanying these deductions will be a list showing the name and employee number of each employee for and on behalf of whom such deductions have been made, and the amount deducted in respect of each such employee.

COLLECTION OF UNION DUES. 3.1 All employees covered by this agreement shall, as a condition of employment sign a Union membership card and shall become and remain a member of the Union for the duration of his/her employment in the bargaining unit.
COLLECTION OF UNION DUES. 3.01 The Company shall deduct Union dues including, where the applicable, initiation fees and assessments, on a bi-weekly basis pay from the wages of each employee covered by this agreement. The amount of dues shall be calculated in accordance with the Union’s Constitution.
