Changes in Legislation. 23.1 The Partners shall review the operation of the Partnership Arrangements under this Agreement and all or any procedures or requirements of this Agreement on the coming into force of any relevant statutory or other legislation or guidance affecting the Partnership Arrangements to ensure that the Partnership Arrangements comply with such legislation or guidance.

Changes in Legislation. In the event that any law passed by the Government of Alberta or Canada renders null and void any provisions of this Agreement, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect for the term of the Agreement.
