Continuous Operations. Any employee or group of employees engaged in an operation for which there is regularly scheduled employment on a twenty-four (24) hour a day, seven (7) day a week basis shall be known as continuous operations employees.
Continuous Operations. Except for employees working where seven (7) day a week schedules are in effect, when any of the above holidays fall on a Saturday, the preceding Friday shall be observed as the holiday; and when any of the above holidays fall on a Sunday, the following Monday shall be observed as the holiday. Where seven (7) day a week schedules are in effect, the actual holiday shall be observed as a holiday for employees working within such schedule.
Continuous Operations refers to those facilities, services or functions which operate on a continuous basis, or at times outside the normal work day (work shift).
Continuous Operations. Notwithstanding any other provision in the Collective Agreement, a regular employee who works in a continuous operation that does not shut down on holidays shall be compensated as follows:
Continuous Operations. Articles 12.01 and 12.02 notwithstanding and unless agreed otherwise between the District and the Union, the hours of work for regular full-time employees engaged in continuous operations shall not exceed seven (7) hours per day for inside staff, or eight (8) hours per day for outside staff. Overtime rates shall be paid for all hours worked in excess of the agreed daily straight-time hours. The total straight-time hours worked in any eight (8) week cycle shall not exceed two hundred eighty (280) hours for inside staff, or three hundred twenty (320) hours for outside staff without overtime rates being paid.
Continuous Operations. The standard working day for continuous operations will be eight (8) hours; 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight, l2:00 midnight to 8:00 a.m. for the respective turns. The standard working week will be five (5) standard working days between 8:00 a.m. on one Sunday and 8:00 a.m. of the next Sunday.
Continuous Operations. Tenant shall continuously operate the Leased Property and maintain sufficient skilled staff and employees, either directly or through a qualified manager approved by Landlord, and shall maintain adequate levels and quality of Tenant's Personal Property, to operate the Leased Property as a first class assisted living and dementia care facility as herein required at its sole cost and expense throughout the entire Term of this Agreement.
