Member Employees definition

Member Employees means Employees who are also active members of PowerGen's Scheme and who were transferred at the Completion Date to the Buyer pursuant to the Employment Regulations;
Member Employees means those employees of the Acquired Companies who hold membership interests in Seller.

More Definitions of Member Employees

Member Employees means those employees of Gains UK who are active Full Members (as defined in the Deed) of, or in a waiting period prior to joining, the Disclosed Scheme immediately prior to Completion and who remain employed by Gains UK immediately after Completion;
