The Association annually will provide the District with a list of persons authorized to act as representatives of the Association in matters covered by this Agreement. Such a list will be provided to the District prior to 1 October of each school year and revised as necessary thereafter.

O Powers of an Arbitrator A grievance referred to arbitration shall be determined by a mutually acceptable of arbitration who shall have all the powers described in Part of the Canada Labour Code. I Cost of Arbitration In respect of the cost of arbitration of grievances, the parties shall share equally the fee and expenses of the sole arbitrator or the chair of the arbitration board and where applicable each party shall be responsible for the expenses of their respective nominee to the board of arbitration.
