No Lockouts. No lockouts, or refusal to allow employees to perform available work, shall be instituted by the Employer and/or its Appointing Authorities during the life of this Agreement.
No Lockouts. The Employer agrees that there shall be no lockouts during the term of this Agreement.
No Lockouts. The District agrees that it shall not engage in a lockout of unit members during the term of this Agreement. The term "lockout" is intended to cover a situation where the employer refuses to permit employees to work in an effort to obtain bargaining concessions from the Union.

No Lockouts. Contractors shall not cause, incite, encourage, condone or participate in any lock-out of employees with respect to Project Work during the term of this Agreement. The term “lock-out” refers only to a Contractor’s exclusion of employees in order to secure collective bargaining advantage, and does not refer to the discharge, termination or layoff of employees by the Contractor for any reason in the exercise of rights pursuant to any provision of this Agreement, or any other agreement, nor does “lock-out” include the District’s decision to stop, suspend or discontinue any Project Work or any portion thereof for any reason.
No Lockouts. During the term of this Agreement, neither the Board nor its administrative agents will lock out any Faculty during the term of this Agreement as a result of a labor dispute with the Association. In the event of any violations of any provisions of this section by the Board or its administrative agents, the Board shall, upon notice from the Association, immediately direct such administrative agents, both orally and in writing, to resume normal operations immediately and make every other reasonable effort to end any violations.
