Bargaining Agency. The Employer recognizes the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local No. 622, as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agency for all of its employees save and except those excluded by the relevant labour legislation of the Province of British Columbia and hereby consents and agrees to negotiate with the Union, or any of its authorized committees, concerning all matters affecting the relationship between the parties to this Agreement, looking towards a peaceful and amicable settlement of any differences that may arise between them. No employee shall be required or permitted to make any written or verbal agreement with the Employer or their representatives which may conflict with the terms of this Collective Agreement.
Bargaining Agency. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agency for all employees employed by MTM Enterprise Ltd. with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours and all other conditions of employment set out in this Agreement, except and excluding the Store Administrator who does not perform any bargaining unit work, and the position of Front Store Manager (one per store) who can perform bargaining unit work. It is not the intent of this change to expand the current practice of the Front Store Manager.
Bargaining Agency. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole agency for the purpose of collective bargaining for all employees coming under the provisions of this Agreement employed by the Employer in Sointula , British Columbia except for the following exclusions:
Bargaining Agency. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agency for all present and future employees employed, in the Gas Bar/convenience store operations (hereinafter referred to as "Gas Bars") owned and/or operated by the Employer, in the Province of British Columbia, save and except the Fuel Station Operator and any person above the rank of Fuel Station Operator. There shall be one Collective Bargaining Agreement, however, each gas bar unit will operate as an independent entity.
Bargaining Agency. All of the crafts and classifications of work set forth in the Agreements referred to in Articles III and IV hereof constitute an indivisible and integral bargaining unit of which the IATSE is and shall be the exclusive collective bargaining representative. The bargaining unit covered by this Agreement is asingle multi-employer unit consisting of the Employers who are parties to this Agreement (including, among others, the signatory members of the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (hereinafter "the AMPTP")) and those Employers who have and may hereafter become parties to this Agreement and who voluntarily signify their consent in writing to be part of this multi-employer bargaining unit and to be bound by this Agreement and the West Coast Studio Local Agreements which are subject to this Agreement and any amendments, extensions or renewals of such Agreements; provided, however, that such Employers and the IATSE may agree upon individual adjustments on limited matters of peculiar concern to the individual Employers as amendments to such West Coast Studio Local Agreements, so long as such adjustments are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Basic Agreement. An individual Employer shall be designated as a "Producer" and collectively as the "Producers" and as so identified shall mean only those Employers who are parties to the instant multi-employer bargaining unit. Each independent Producer who has become a party to this Agreement and who has consented in writing to be part of this multi- employer bargaining unit shall cause prompt notice thereof to be given to the AMPTP or Contract Services Administrative Trust Fund (hereinafter "CSATF"), as the case may be.
Bargaining Agency. The Co-operative recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agency for all employees save and except the General Manager, Hardware Manager, Grocery Manager, Office Supervisor, and those in the Gas Bar, in the present and future retail establishments owned and/or operated by the Co-operative on Hornby Island , with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours and all other conditions of employment set out in this Agreement. If additional retail food establishments are acquired by the Co-operative in the area described herein, all terms and conditions of this Collective Agreement shall apply to such establishments and shall be binding on the parties hereto.
Bargaining Agency. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agency for all employees employed by B&R DRUGS LTD., with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours and all other conditions of employment set out in this Agreement, except and excluding the Store Administrator who does not perform any bargaining unit work.
Bargaining Agency. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agency for all employees in all of the present and future contracts held by the Employer in Prince George, B.C. , with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours and all other conditions of employment set out in this Agreement. If additional contracts are acquired by the Employer in the area described herein, all terms and conditions of this Collective Agreement shall apply to such establishments and shall be binding on the parties hereto.
Bargaining Agency. The Co-operative recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agency for all employees in the present and future retail establishments owned and/or operated by the Co-operative in Ucluelet, B.C., with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours and all other conditions of employment set out in this Agreement, except General Manager, Grocery Manager, one (1) Office Personnel and Non-Foods Manager.
Bargaining Agency. The Company recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agency for all employees at and from the Company's Chilliwack, B.C. Operations except sales, supervisors and office staffs, and all others excluded by the Labour Relations Code of British Columbia.
