Property Manager shall be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the planning and the performance of all construction including, without limitation, all maintenance, repairs, capital improvements, common area refurbishments and Tenant Improvements required to be constructed by Company after the Effective Date (collectively, “Construction Projects”), regardless of whether or not any of the Construction Projects arises out of a Lease executed prior to the Effective Date.
Property Manager shall be responsible for conducting meetings as deemed reasonably necessary by Property Manager, with the architect, contractor and consultants for all Construction Projects.
