Seniority List. An updated seniority list shall be published no later than February 15 of each year. The list shall indicate the beginning employment date, licensure and current position(s). The list will be digitally posted and linked to the staff only access portion of the ISD 917 website under “For 917 Staff.” An email will be sent by the superintendent’s designee indicating to staff that the seniority list has been posted and Local 3904 shall be provided with a copy of the list.

Seniority List shall include all faculty members except temporaries. The District shall develop and maintain a seniority list including all faculty except temporaries. Faculty in categorically funded programs may be terminated rather than laid off. In case of identical first date of paid service for one or more employees, the order of seniority shall be determined by name drawing. Employees shall cooperate by annually verifying in writing their dates of employment, credentials held, prior experience and preparation, which information, if agreed as accurate, will be used in the event of layoff. More Definitions of Seniority List
Seniority List. Separate seniority lists shall be maintained for the ECFE teachers. Seniority shall be defined as the effective date on which a teacher is hired as a regularly scheduled ECFE teacher. If there is a tie, it will go to the date the contract was received in the district office.
Seniority List means a list specifying the order of seniority of each teacher. The Seniority List shall include the areas in which a teacher is qualified; and said list shall be prepared by the Committee and the Association by November 1 of each school year. Notwithstanding the provisions of Article IV of this Agreement, a tripartite panel, consisting of a person appointed by the Association, a person appointed by the Committee and a third person chosen by the appointed persons, shall meet to decide the validity of the unresolved challenges. This Panel shall render its decision prior to February 1. A teacher who has filed timely in accordance with the provision of this Article, a challenge to the Seniority List which remains unresolved, shall be advised of the date, time and place of the meeting of the said Panel. The teacher shall have the opportunity to clarify his/her challenge before the Panel; provided, however, (s)he shall have submitted a request for said opportunity in writing to the President of the Association prior to the meeting of the Panel. The decision of a majority of the Panel will be final and binding on the teacher, the Association, and the Committee. The cost, if any, of the services of the neutral member of the Panel shall be borne equally by the Committee and the Association. The list as finally determined by the Panel shall be the Seniority List for the purposes of this Article. In the event there are no unresolved challenges as of the January 1 list, then the promulgated list shall be the final list. Seniority List. The School Board shall post a "Scheduled Run" Seniority List and a "Substitute" Seniority List. The seniority list will be updated and posted monthly to reflect Bus Drivers who have terminated, Bus Drivers who have been newly employed, and Bus Drivers who have changed from "substitute" to "scheduled run" or "scheduled run" to "substitute." For the purposes of summer school work, Bus Drivers and Bus Assistants will not move between the "substitute" and "regular" seniority lists.
Seniority List means a District-wide list specifying each teacher by order of seniority as of the first day of school. Teachers hired after the first day of school shall be added to the bottom (least senior) of the list.
