Unit Chairperson definition

Unit Chairperson means an employee of OPTIONS northwest who has completed his/her probationary period and who is duly accredited as such by the Union in writing and who is the ranking union official in the workplace.
Unit Chairperson means the ranking Union official in the workplace.

Unit Chairperson is an employee elected or appointed by the Union members to represent the bargaining unit. The Company acknowledges the right of the Union to elect or appoint one (1) Xxxxxxx for each supervisor or each department, whichever is the greater in number, to assist employees in the presentation of their grievances.
