AGREEMENT COVERAGE a. This instrument, and any referenced attachments hereto or documents referred to herein, contains the entire agreement between the parties and any statements, inducements or promises not contained herein shall not be binding upon said parties. This Agreement shall be binding upon the successors in interest of the respective parties.
b. If any of the provisions herein shall be in conflict with the laws of the State of Iowa, or shall be declared to be invalid by any court of record of this state, such invalidity shall be construed to affect only such portions as are declared invalid or in conflict with the law and such remaining portion or portions of the agreement shall remain in effect and shall be construed as if such invalid or conflicting portion of such agreement were not contained herein.
AGREEMENT COVERAGE. In cases in which reductions in force procedures extend from one Agreement period to another, the terms of the Agreement in effect when notification of layoff is given will govern.
AGREEMENT COVERAGE. 1.2.1 This Agreement shall apply to the JOINT VENTURE OF HIBISCUS MANAGEMENT MP PTY LTD atf XXXXX FAMILY HOLDINGS TRUST and HIBISCUS MANAGEMENT DM PTY LTD atf XXXXXX FAMILY HOLDINGS TRUST t/a HIBISCUS RETIREMENT RESORT POWER ROAD and its Employees.
1.2.2 This Agreement replaces all Terms and Conditions of any award or other industrial instrument or agreement.

b) Tertiary Institutes Allied Staff Association (TIASA Te Hononga) Inc- the union
AGREEMENT COVERAGE. An Operator temporarily promoted to an acting Supervisory position shall be covered by the policy or Collective Agreement applying to Supervisory personnel at that time.
AGREEMENT COVERAGE. This Agreement will apply to the Employer and all Employees classified under this Agreement.
AGREEMENT COVERAGE a. This Agreement covers Woolworths and its employees who are employed in Woolworths retail supermarket operations in the classifications described in clause 3.3 and Appendix A of this Agreement (team members).
b. This Agreement does not cover Woolworths team members who work in salaried positions, including (but not limited to): salaried Team Managers, salaried Team Support, salaried Duty Managers, salaried Assistant Store Managers and salaried Store Managers.
AGREEMENT COVERAGE. A. Initial delay and final delay will be governed by the controlling collective bargaining agreement, including the Duplicate Pay and Final Terminal Delay provisions of the 1986 and 1991 National Arbitration Award and Implementing Agreements.
B. Engineers will be transported to/from their trains to/from their designated on/off duty point in accordance with Article VIII, Section 1 of the May 1986 National Arbitration Award. Suitable transportation includes Carrier owned or provided passenger carrying motor vehicles or taxi, but excludes other forms of public transportation.
C. The current application of National Agreement provisions regarding road work and Hours of Service relief under the combined road/yard service Zone, shall continue to apply. Yard crews at any location within the Hub may perform such service in all directions out of their terminal.
D. Entry rate provisions established prior to the implementation date of this agreement shall be waived for engineers hired/promoted subsequent to the implementation date.
E. Pools and extra boards with a home terminal at San Antonio shall have a two hour call and pools with a home terminal at other locations shall retain their current call provisions. Extra boards at other locations shall have an hour and one/half call.
F. The Carrier has selected the October 1, 1977 (reprinted October 1, 1991) UPRR/BLE Agreement as the collective bargaining agreement for this Hub. Engineers working in the San Antonio Hub shall be governed, in addition to the provisions of this Agreement, including all addenda and side letter agreements pertaining to that agreement, previous National Agreementl Award/Implementing Document provisions still applicable and this merger agreement. Except as specifically provided herein, the system and national collective bargaining agreements, awards and interpretations shall prevail. None of the provisions of these agreements are retroactive.
G. The Carrier will provide copies of the designated collective bargaining agreement (local, system and national) to those engineers who do not have a copy at the earliest possible date, but no later than by date of implementation of this Agreement.
AGREEMENT COVERAGE. This Agreement governs the use of External Transfer Services conducted within Retail Online Banking. These services permit Xxxxxx Bank customers to perform external account transfers through the use of a personal computer or a mobile device (e.g., tablet or Smartphone), on accounts linked to the service, including some credit card accounts and investment accounts with other financial institutions.
