Employees of. 8FTE or greater will not be required to change between day and night duties more than once in any fortnight.
Employees of the City who were employed as parking enforcement officers and were members of the bargaining unit as of September 1, 2021, shall be treated as if they are still members of the bargaining unit for purposes of any job postings covered by this contract. For purposes of applying and being considered for any job openings within the bargaining unit, their seniority will be based on the original date of their membership in the bargaining unit. This benefit will cease if any employee covered by this provision leaves their employment with the City, or if they leave parking enforcement to take another position within the City which is outside of the bargaining unit.
Employees of the Employer who are employed in classifications outside the Bargaining Unit and who become employed in Bargaining Unit covered classifications shall be considered as a new employee for purposes of seniority under provisions of this Agreement. However, such employees shall receive credit for accumulated Sick Leave, Vacations, Retirement, or other type of benefits accrued.
Employees of the Company shall receive their vacation with pay entitlement exclusive of recognized holidays to which they are entitled under Article 7 of this Agreement.
Employees of. Landmarks and Hartwells will only be allowed to take either Christmas or New Year’s Day off but that no employee may have both holidays. This also applies to employees who have requested and been granted vacation at this time of year. Where operational requirements permit, Culi- nary staff will receive either Christmas or New Year’s Day off.
Employees of the Company who are not in the bargaining unit shall not work on any jobs which have been and are normally performed by employees in the bargaining unit.
Employees of. [SUPPLIER] will work, also at locations of Enexis, for account and risk of [SUPPLIER]. Goods of the [SUPPLIER] are, also at locations of Enexis, for account and risk of [SUPPLIER], in case the [SUPPLIER] is responsible for damages during his services on site.
