Years of Service definition
Years of Service means the total number of full years in which a Participant has been employed by one or more Employers. For purposes of this definition, a year of employment shall be a 365 day period (or 366 day period in the case of a leap year) that, for the first year of employment, commences on the Employee's date of hiring and that, for any subsequent year, commences on an anniversary of that hiring date. Any partial year of employment shall not be counted.
Years of Service means each Plan Year of Service completed by the Participant. For vesting purposes, Years of Service shall be calculated from the date designated in the Adoption Agreement and Service shall be based on service with the Company and all Participating Employers.
Years of Service means each one year period for which the Participant receives service credit in accordance with the provisions of Section 7.01(d) of the Adoption Agreement.
Examples of Years of Service in a sentence
Except as provided in the following sentence, the Vested Portion shall be determined by multiplying 20% times the Executive’s number of Years of Service with the Bank from and after the Fifth Anniversary until the date of Separation from Service.
More Definitions of Years of Service
Years of Service means the twelve (12) consecutive month period beginning on the Executive’s date of hire and any twelve (12) month anniversary thereof during the entirety of which time the Executive is an employee of the Bank. Service with a subsidiary or other entity controlled by the Bank before the time such entity became a subsidiary or under such control shall not be considered “credited service.”
Years of Service means the total number of twelve-month periods during which the Executive is employed on a full-time basis by the Company, inclusive of any approved leave of absence.
Years of Service means the total number of twelve-month periods during which the Director serves as a member of the Company's Board of Directors.
Years of Service means Participant’s total number of years of “accumulated service” as such term is defined with respect to salaried employees under the Retirement Plan for Koppers Inc. (regardless of whether Participant is eligible to receive a benefit under such plan).
Years of Service means the Employee’s total years of employment with a Regency Entity, including years of employment with an entity that is acquired by a Regency Entity prior to such acquisition.
Years of Service means the total number of calendar years during which the Executive is employed on a full-time basis by the Company, or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, with a minimum of 1,000 hours in any calendar year, inclusive of any approved leaves of absence, beginning on the Executive’s date of hire.
Years of Service means the total number of years the Participant’s period of service to Primerica and any Subsidiary as of the date the Participant terminates employment.
