Chief Building Official definition

Chief Building Official means the chief building official appointed by a bylaw of The Corporation of the Township of North Dundas for the purposes of enforcement of the Act;
Chief Building Official means the Chief Building Official as appointed by by-law of the Council of the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake or his designate.
Chief Building Official means the Chief Building Official or acting chief building official appointed by the by-law of the Corporation of the Town of Hanover for the purposes of enforcement of the Act;

  • Subject to this Subdivision Agreement, Building Lot Site Plans certified by a registered Ontario Land Surveyor or Professional Engineer may be filed with the Chief Building Official of the Municipality for review and approval.

  • It is acknowledged by the Developer that the Conditional Building Permit is issued pursuant to the Building Code Act and to the satisfaction of the Chief Building Official and the Director of Community & Development Services.

Chief Building Official means a Chief Building Official appointed by a By-law by the Corporation of the City of Burlington for the purposes of enforcement and administration of the Act.
Chief Building Official means the chief building official appointed by by-law by Council for the purposes of enforcement of the Act, the Building Code and this By-law;
