Chief Building Official definition

Chief Building Official means the Chief Building Official appointed by the by- law of the corporation of the Township of Strong for the purposes of the enforcement of the Act.
Chief Building Official means a Chief Building Official appointed by a By-law by the Corporation of the City of Burlington for the purposes of enforcement and administration of the Act.
Chief Building Official means the chief building official appointed by by-law by Council for the purposes of enforcement of the Act, the Building Code and this By-law;

Chief Building Official means the chief building official appointed by a bylaw of The Corporation of the Township of North Dundas for the purposes of enforcement of the Act;
Chief Building Official means the Chief Building Official appointed by Council under the Building Code Act, 1992, S.O. 1992, c. 23, as amended, or the person to act in that capacity in his or her absence;
