Professional Engineers. Licensee understands that all System design, structural and civil Construction Documents, and engineering calculations must be submitted under the authority of a duly licensed professional engineer(s) certified to practice in the State, and who is a professional engineer in good standing. Licensee further understands and agrees to retain a duly licensed professional electrical engineer(s) in good standing certified to practice in the State. System design, construction documents, and engineering calculations submitted to the Judicial Council for review without the appropriate professional engineering stamp will not be reviewed and will be returned to Licensee as incomplete and insufficient System documentation. All structural drawings must be signed by licensed structural engineer.

Professional Engineers. LICENSEE understands that all System design, structural and civil Construction Documents, engineering calculations, construction or system certifications, and project or system warrants must be submitted under the authority of a duly licensed professional engineer(s) certified to practice in the State, and who is a professional engineer in good standing. LICENSEE shall retain at a minimum electrical engineers who meet the requirements stated above. System design, construction documents, and engineering calculations submitted to the DGS for review without the appropriate professional engineering stamp will not be reviewed and will be returned to LICENSEE as incomplete and insufficient System documentation.
Professional Engineers. Employees who are licensed professional engineers and who were employed by Xxxxxx County as a member of this bargaining unit and eligible to receive licensed pay as of August 16, 1986, shall receive an additional fifty dollars ($50.00) per month. Those employees hired after August 16, 1986 shall receive no additional pay.

  • Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services are not permitted to be provided under this Agreement. Texas statutes prohibit the procurement of Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services through a cooperative agreement.

  • Professional Services Bodily injury" or "property damage" arising out of the rendering of or failure to render profes- sional services;

  • Professional Services Fees You agree to pay us the professional services fees in the amounts set forth in the Investment Summary. Those amounts are payable in accordance with our Invoicing and Payment Policy. You acknowledge that the fees stated in the Investment Summary are good-faith estimates of the amount of time and materials required for your implementation. We will bill you the actual fees incurred based on the in-scope services provided to you. Any discrepancies in the total values set forth in the Investment Summary will be resolved by multiplying the applicable hourly rate by the quoted hours.
