STRIKE, NO LOCKOUT. Neither the Union nor any of its officers, nor any employee shall take part in or call any strike, sit-down, slow-down, or any suspension of work against the Hospital, which shall in any way affect the operations of the Hospital. Nor shall the Hospital nor any of its officers or officials engage any lockouts at the Hospital.
