Rates of Pay definition

Rates of Pay means rates based on an Employee’s regular pay expressed as an annual salary:

  • The following Relevant Industry Allowances have been included in all the Ordinary Rates of Pay – refer to the tables in Clause 5.1.2 Wage Rates: • Industry Allowance • Laser Safety Officer • First Aid • Confined Space • Wet Work • Live Sewer • Hydraulic Hammer All other relevant allowances will be paid as per the award.

  • Casual Positions Casual employees shall be paid at the rate specified in Schedule A Hourly Rates of Pay, and shall be paid vacation pay at the conclusion of their term.

  • The Basic Rates of Pay for each classification shall be expressed in hourly terms in the Salaries Schedule which forms a part of this Collective Agreement, and shall be effective from and after the dates specified.

  • In addition to the Rates of Pay outlined in Article 15, Continuing Education Contract Lecturers, who are eligible, shall have four percent (4%) vacation pay added to each pay cheque.

  • Appendix “A” Rates of Pay, attached hereto, shall form part and parcel of this Collective Agreement ARTICLE UNION SECURITY It is agreed that all Union members shall maintain their Union membership in good standing for the duration of this Agreement as a condition of employment.
