Management Representative definition

Management Representative means an individual designated to hear grievances on behalf of the University.
Management Representative means any individual working at or above the level of supervisor or crew chief who is responsible for directing the work of employees and who exercises independent judgment with respect to the direction of such work. The term includes human resources representatives, strategic advisors, and departmental equal employment opportunity officers, but excludes individuals employed in the City's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program.
Management Representative means not only persons holding the title Manager, but also any other person(s) properly designated and appointed by such official to act in his stead.

More Definitions of Management Representative

Management Representative means a person of managerial or supervisory status who is not subject to exclusion. Legal counsel is not included within the meaning of the term.

Successor Management Representatives may be approved in writing by a Majority in Interest of the Management Shares then held by Managers then employed by the Company, excluding, for the purposes of such calculation, the existing Management Representative, provided that such approval must occur no earlier than ten (10) business days after notice proposing a successor Management Representative is given to all such Managers, which notice may be sent only at the direction of (x) the current Management Representative, (y) the holders of at least 15% in interest of the Management Shares held by Managers (and their Manager Designees) then employed by the Company or (z) the Requisite Principal Investors.
