The University agrees. 4a. The University will provide a room accommodation to the student for a timeframe of one agreement period (see Agreement Periods and Rates, section 16). This is exclusive to any break period when the University is officially closed unless the resident has specifically requested housing designated as open for break periods. Residential services, including access to the assigned complex and room, begin on the corresponding opening day.

This will be done in September/October. This application will count as their UA application for admission for the spring semester. Each date will be coordinated with the instructor. ≠ Xxxx TUSD students for the class tuition, appropriate University fees and the University application fee. Currently the total for all of these will be $475, equaling to $158.33 per credit unit. TUSD student tuition will be paid through the University Outreach College. The tuition and fees setting will follow standard University and ABOR process. The College of Science, College of Outreach and the University will subsidize the process to get the student cost to $475. The payment deadline date will be 30 days from the day the student registers. The UA will email invoices to the parents the emails of the students (we will need email addresses). Refunds (as per standard UA policy) will be available up to 3 weeks from the 1st day of class. If a student still needs to drop after 3 weeks then students/parents can petition Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Outreach College Registration Manager who will work with them on a case-by-case basis. ≠ Enter grades for all TUSD students as per UA data system. ≠ Provide all the rights and privileges to TUSD Bioscience Teachers of University Designated Campus Colleague including access to library and computing resources, as well as access to UA activities and services (some of these may require additional fees). ≠ Provide all the rights and privileges of University students including access to library and computing resources and access to student activities and services (some of these may require additional fees). The University agrees. To retain complete responsibility and authority over all academic aspects of the Programs, including planning and implementing curriculum for its Students, and accreditation of the Programs. UNIVERSITY shall conduct evaluations, maintain all grades and records, and conduct any UNIVERSITY disciplinary processes in the regular course of its business of educating its Students and in accordance with all applicable UNIVERSITY policies and procedures. To establish and maintain communication with the Field Instructor on items pertinent to the Field Experience; such communication may include, but not necessarily be limited to, a description of the curriculum, relevant course outlines, policies, faculty, and major changes in this information. To notify the FACILITY no less than ten (10) days before the start of the Field Experience of the (i) name(s) and contact information for Student(s), (ii) dates and hours of assignment(s), (iii) each Student’s academic class designation, and (iv) the UNIVERSITY’s philosophy, purpose, and learning objective(s). To require Students to maintain, in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 in the aggregate, professional liability insurance, if requested by FACILITY in writing. To encourage each Student participating in the Field Experience to acquire comprehensive health and accident insurance that will provide continuous coverage of Student during his/her participation in the Field Experience and will inform Student that he/she is responsible for their own health needs, health care costs, and health insurance coverage. THE FACILITY AGREES: To identify a Field Instructor to facilitate activities and communication between UNIVERSITY and FACILITY.
