No Lockout. The Employer agrees that neither it, its officers, agents nor representatives, individually or collectively, will authorize, institute or condone any lockout of employees during the term of this Agreement.
No Lockout. No lockout of employees shall be instituted by the Employer or their representatives during the term of this Agreement.
No Lockout. The Employer agrees that during the term of this Agreement there will be no lockout of employees covered by this Agreement.
No Lockout. During the life of this Agreement, the Employer shall not cause, permit, or engage in any lockout of the bargaining unit employees.
