To facilitate the administration of Customer’s trading and investment activity, Bank may, but shall not be obliged to, enter into spot or forward foreign exchange contracts with Customer, or an Authorized Person, and may also provide foreign exchange contracts and facilities through its Affiliates or Subcustodians.
Customer shall be responsible for safeguarding any test keys, identification codes or other security devices that Bank shall make available to Customer or any Authorized Person.
Upon the reasonable request of the Fund, copies of any such books and records shall be provided by BNY to the Fund or to an Authorized Person including in connection with any regulatory request or examination, at the Fund’s expense.
