NO STRIKE PLEDGE. The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement, its agents, or its members shall not authorize, instigate, aid, or engage in any work stoppage, slowdown, sick-out, refusal to work, picketing, or strike against the District. If, during the life of this Agreement, the employees, for whatever reason engage in the aforementioned provisions, the Union shall immediately publicly order the striking employees to discontinue such action through the local media. Failure of the Union to take such action shall be subject to enforcement by the ordinary process of law.

NO STRIKE PLEDGE. A. The Association covenants and agrees that during the term of this Agreement neither the Association nor any person acting in its behalf will cause, authorize, or support, nor will any of its members take part in any strike (i.e. the concerted failure to report for duty, or willful absence of any employee from his position, or stoppage of work or abstinence in whole or in part, from the full, faithful and proper performance of the employee's duties of employment), work stoppage, slowdown, walkout or other job action against the Township. The Association agrees that such action would constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
NO STRIKE PLEDGE. The Association agrees that it shall not instigate, engage in, support, encourage, or condone any strike, work slow-down, or disruption of College operations in contravention of the provisions of the IELRA. The Association also agrees that the no-strike pledge shall be followed regardless of the actions, requests, or demands, of any agency, organization, etc.
NO STRIKE PLEDGE. The Centers and the University and the Union agree that disputes which may arise between them during the term of this Agreement shall be settled without resort to strike or lockout and that the requirements of the law in this regard shall not be violated. The Centers agree that they will not lock out any or all employees and the Union agrees on behalf of itself and its membership that there shall be no strikes, slowdowns or interference with the normal operations of the Center, the College or the University.

The Union and the Board subscribe to the principle that differences shall be resolved by peaceful and appropriate means without interruption of the school program. The Union therefore agrees that there shall be no strikes, work stoppages, or other concerted refusal to perform work by the employees covered by this Agreement, nor any instigation thereof.

The Board agrees it will not lock out any or all of its teachers during the term of this Agreement, and the Association agrees on behalf of itself and its membership that there shall be no strikes, slow-downs, or interference of the normal operation of the school during the term of this Agreement.

The Association and the Board subscribe to the principle that differences shall be resolved by peaceful and appropriate means without interruption of the school program. The Association therefore agrees that its officers, representatives, and members shall not authorize, instigate, cause, aide, encourage, ratify or condone, nor shall any teacher take part in any strike, slowdown or stoppage of work, boycott, picketing or other interruption of activities in the school system. Failure or refusal on the part of any teacher to comply with any provision of this Article shall be cause for whatever disciplinary action is deemed necessary by the Board.

NO STRIKE PLEDGE. The parties to this Agreement mutually recognize that the services performed by the employees covered by this Agreement are essential to the public health, safety, and welfare. Therefore, the Union agrees that during the term of this Agreement neither it nor its officers, representatives, members, or employees it represents shall, for any reason whatsoever, directly or indirectly, call, sanction, counsel, encourage, or engage in any strike, walkout, sympathy strike, picketing of the Employer's buildings, offices, or premises during regularly scheduled working hours, slowdown, sit-in, or stay-away; nor shall there be any concerted failure by them to report for duty; nor shall they absent themselves from work, abstain, in whole or in part, from the full, faithful and proper performance of their duties, or engage in any acts that interfere in any manner or to any degree with the services of the Employer. No employee covered by this Agreement shall refuse to cross any picket line, whether established at the Employer's buildings or premises or at any other location where employees covered by this Agreement are expected to work.
NO STRIKE PLEDGE. (a) Pursuant to the provision of Subdivision 3(b) of Section 207 of the Public Employees Fair Employment Law, the Union affirms: That it does not assert the right to strike against any government, to assist or participate in any such strike or to impose an obligation to conduct, assist or participate in such strike and will not engage in a concerted stoppage of work or slowdown.
