The Association agrees In view of the orderly procedures established herein for the disposition of employees' grievances, the Employer and the Union agree that there shall be no strikes strikes, walkouts, pickets, boycotts, stoppage of work or lockouts during the life of this Agreement. ARTICLE CHRISTMAS BONUS Part-time employees who have been continuously employed by the Employer for less than two years as of December of the current year shall receive a Christmas Bonus of one percent of total earnings, Part-time employees who have been continuously employed by the Employer for two years or more as of December of the current year shall receive a payment of two percent of total earnings. Christmas Bonuses shall be no lockouts so long payable on or before December of the current year. ARTICLE JURY DUTY Part-time employees summoned to Jury Duty, or Jury Selection or subpoenaed to attend as this Agreement continues a witness on behalf of the Employer, shall be paid wages amounting to operatethe difference between the amount paid them for Jury services and the amount they would have earned had they worked on such days based on their average number of weekly hours during the immediately preceding four weeks, This does not apply if the employee is excused from Jury Duty for the rest of the day or days and fails to report back to work, if same is reasonable under the circumstances one-half day or more, or if the Jury Duty occurs on the employee's scheduled day off. If a part-time employee is subpoenaed for Employer purposes, such employee will be paid as above, if on scheduled day off or not.
