Period Covered. This Agreement shall become effective at the start of the first shift beginning after 12:01 a.m., August 27, 2017 and remain in full force and effect through the completion of the last shift beginning prior to 12:00 p.m., midnight, August 22, 2020. This Agreement shall automatically be renewed thereafter from year to year unless either Party notifies the other in writing at least one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to its expiration date of a desire to modify or terminate it, in which event negotiations will be undertaken without undue delay.
Period Covered. This Lease shall remain in force for the life of the Lease between the parties for the Property, however, Indemnitor shall continue to indemnify and save harmless the Indemnitee and NJDEP from any liability or damages Indemnitee and NJDEP may suffer as a result of claims, demands, costs, or judgments against it arising out of the use, maintenance of the Property even though such liability or damage may not be brought to Indemnitee’s or NJDEP’s attention until after the termination of the Lease.
Period Covered. This Agreement shall be effective with respect to each party thereto upon signing by such party, and shall supersede all previous agreements between ING and any Subsidiary with respect to the matters contained herein and such previous agreement shall thereupon terminate. The Agreement shall apply to the taxable year 2001, to all prior taxable years which are open to adjustments as provided in section 5 hereof (to the extent not subject to any separate tax sharing agreement) and to all subsequent periods unless and until amended or terminated, as provided in section 11 hereof.
Period Covered. It is understood between the Attorney and the Court that the Attorney will accept appointments to represent persons found to be indigent or for whom the Court is required to provide legal counsel in Navajo County, from , 2022 to , 2023 consistent with the terms of this agreement.
