Mobile Check Deposit Service. If approved, you will be authorized to remotely deposit paper check(s) and associated information into eligible Launch FCU accounts with a compatible mobile device which then delivers the images and associated deposit information to Launch FCU electronically. Upon receipt of the digital image, we will review the image for acceptability. You understand and agree that receipt of an image does not occur until we notify you of receipt of the image. You understand that, in the event you receive notification confirming receipt of an image, such notification does not mean that the image contains no errors or that we are responsible for any information transmitted to us by you. We are not responsible for any image not received. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Launch FCU reserves the right, within its sole and absolute discretion, to accept or reject any item for Mobile Check Deposit into your account. Launch FCU’s acceptance of any check(s) does not guarantee the check(s) will clear the payee’s account. You understand that any amount credited to your account for items deposited using Mobile Check Deposit, is a provisional credit and you agree to indemnify Launch FCU against any loss suffered because of the acceptance of the imaged check deposits. There is currently no fee associated with using this service. In providing Mobile Check Deposit, we may utilize and rely upon one or more Third Party Service Provider(s) to provide file acknowledgement, file transmission, database storage, database access, data communications and other services to Launch FCU. We may change the service provider at any time. You waive any and all rights or recourse, directly or indirectly, against any Third Party Service Provider(s). You agree not to (i) modify, change, alter, translate, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile the technology or service, (ii) copy or reproduce all or any part of the technology or service; or (iii) interfere, or attempt to interfere, with the technology or service. Equipment and System Requirements – At your sole cost and expense, use computer hardware and software that meets all technical requirements for the proper delivery of and that fulfills your obligation to obtain, and maintain, secure access to the Internet. Mobile Check Deposit Service. The Mobile Check Deposit Service is designed to allow you to make deposits to your Accounts from your BlackRidgeBANK mobile device App by taking a picture of the check(s) and transmitting the image(s) and other information captured from the magnetic ink character recognition (“MICR”) line to the BlackRidgeBANK designated processor. Items Eligible for Mobile Check Deposit You agree to deposit only checks that term is defined in Federal Reserve Regulation CC ("Reg CC"). You agree that you will not use the Mobile Check Deposit Service to deposit any checks or other items as shown below:
Mobile Check Deposit Service. The NorthPark Mobile Check Deposit Service is available at the sole discretion of the credit union. As a general rule, this service will not be available until after at least 60 days of account activity and may be discontinued at any time the credit union deems necessary. • Member's Account will be provisionally credited in alignment with our Funds Availability Policy Disclosure upon Credit Union 's acceptance of Imaged Items for deposit which are received by Credit Union from member through the Service. • Member will create images of checks at member's location by use of scanning software via the NorthPark Community Credit Union Mobile application. Member agrees to enter all amounts and any other required information correctly. • The imaged items will be transmitted by member to Credit Union, or Credit Union 's authorized processor, using an encryption software to protect the electronic file. • Credit Union will maintain the appropriate account for member to receive credit and provide other specific information required by the Credit Union related to the Service. As set forth, all deposits received by Credit Union are accepted subject to Credit Union 's verification and final inspection and may be rejected by Credit Union sole discretion. All deposits are subject to the terms of the NorthPark Funds Availability Policy Disclosure and this Mobile Check Deposit Agreement. • Credit Union will provide to member the services described in this Agreement to enable Member to transmit imaged items to Credit Union or the Credit Union 's designated processor to be cleared as substitute checks or image exchange items. Credit Union and Member will comply with the terms and provisions of this Agreement with respect to the use of the Product and the performance of the Services.
Mobile Check Deposit Service. The Mobile Check Deposit Service enables you to use a software application together with your Wireless Access Device to create electronic images of the front and back of certain Original Paper Items (defined below) and transmit those images and other information, including, without limitation, information captured from the magnetic ink character recognition ("MICR") line, to us for review and processing in accordance with this Addendum.
Mobile Check Deposit Service. Your use of the Mobile Check Deposit Service, (the “Service) constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. This Service and the terms governing its use is subject to change at any time. We will notify you of any material change via email, text message, or on our website by providing a link to the revised terms. Mobile Check Deposit Service. The following terms and conditions are applicable to the Bank’s Mobile Check Deposit Service ("MCDS"). Your use of MCDS is governed by the terms of this Agreement. By agreeing to the applicable account documentation or by using or continuing to use MCDS you are acknowledging your election to use MCDS. Mobile Check Deposit Service. This Service is designed to allow you to present an image of a legal representation, as defined by federal law, of a check to be deposited into your Brighton Bank checking or savings account electronically. As part of this Service, I must only use official and up to date Financial Institution applications. I am responsible for all the data that I, submit to you which must accurately represent the information on the original check(s). I agree that the electronic image of the item submitted to the Financial Institution, as defined by federal law, is a legal representation of the check for all purposes, including return check processing. When using this Service, I may experience technical or other difficulties. You do not assume liability for any technical or other difficulties that I may incur. You reserve the right to change, suspend or revoke services, immediately and at any time without prior notice to me. In the event this Service is not available to me, I acknowledge that I can attempt to deposit my check at a branch office location, through a participating ATM, or by mail. Eligible Accounts: Only Checking and Savings accounts are eligible for this Service Charges or Fees: The Financial Institution does not charge a usage fee for this Service. You reserve the right to start charging for this Service at any time. If an item I transmit for deposit is dishonored, rejected or otherwise returned unpaid, I agree that you may charge back the amount of the return to the account the check was originally deposited to and I will be assessed a fee in the amount shown on the Financial Institutions current Schedule of Fees and Charges for a returned check. If there are not sufficient funds in my account to cover the amount of the returned check, the account will be overdrawn and I will be responsible for payment. I agree the Financial Institution may debit any account maintained by me in order to obtain payment of my obligations under this Agreement. I acknowledge that wireless providers may assess fees, limitations, or restrictions. I agree that I am solely responsible for all such fees, limitations, and restrictions, and that you may contact me via my wireless device for any purpose concerning my accounts at the Financial Institution, including but not limited to account servicing and collection purposes. Mobile Check Deposit Service. The Mobile Check Deposit Service (or “Mobile Deposit”) is designed to allow you to make deposits of paper checks (“Original Checks”) to your Consumer Deposit Accounts (or Business Deposit Accounts as applicable and where approved by the Bank) with us (hereinafter “Mobile Deposit Accounts”) from home or other remote locations by using your eligible camera enabled Mobile Device to capture images of the Original Checks and then transmit the digital images and associated deposit information (“Images”) to us or our Processor with your Mobile Device. Your Mobile Device must be supported by and compatible with the Mobile Check Deposit Service, such as a smartphone or tablet, with a camera and a supported operating system, as well as a data plan, for the Mobile Device.
Mobile Check Deposit Service. Once you have registered your Account and satisfy our eligibility requirements, you may use our mobile check deposit service (the “Mobile Deposit Service”). We may process and collect images of paper checks that you submit using our mobile app (“Check Images”) in any manner we choose in our sole discretion. The paper instrument to which the Check Image relates is called the “Original Check.” Not all new or existing Cardholders are eligible to use the Mobile Deposit Service. There are qualification and enrollment requirements for participation in the Mobile Deposit Service, and we reserve the right to change the qualification and enrollment requirements at any time without prior notice. Not all types of smartphones will be able to use the mobile app. Your use of the Mobile Deposit Service and license to use the mobile app are subject to the terms of our Mobile Application Terms of Use. If you make a check deposit before the close of business on a business day, we will consider that day to be the day of your deposit. However, if you make a deposit after the close of business (5 p.m. Pacific Time) or on a day we are not open, we will consider that the deposit was made on the next business day. We will generally make funds from your check deposits available to you five business days after the day of your deposit, assuming our systems determine the check to be authentic and negotiable and assuming your Account is eligible for the Mobile Deposit Service. Certain check deposits require manual review, and we may extend the hold period for these deposits. We may elect to extend the hold period for mobile deposits, for all or a portion of your deposit, for any reason with or without cause and will notify you if we do so. If requested, we may require you provide us with the Original Check within five business days of our request. A “sufficient copy” of an Original Check is a paper reproduction of an Original Check that accurately represents all of the information on the front and back of the Original Check as of the time the image was transmitted to us by means of the Mobile Deposit Service. You agree not to transfer, deposit, negotiate, or otherwise use any Original Check (or a copy of any Original Check) once you agree to deposit it through the Mobile Deposit Service.
