The original or "an original" means the object to which a work is first fixed.
The original. Beneficiary has assigned its beneficial rights in the trust created by such Trust Agreement to 767 Leasing HY, LLC ("767 Leasing").) This Agreement is made pursuant to the Sale Agreement. In order to fulfill its obligations to Owner Trustee under the Sale Agreement, the Company hereby agrees with the Owner Trustee and Lazard for the benefit of the holders of the Notes, the Exchange Notes (as defined below) and the Private Exchange Notes (as defined below) (collectively, the "Holders"), as follows:

  • The constructional plant means all appliances, tools, plants or machinery or whatsoever nature required in or about the execution, completion or maintenance of the works but does not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.
