License to Use. You are authorized to use the Software on one (1) single computer only. You may not use the Software on any other machines other than the said single computer.
License to Use. Sun grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable license for the internal use only of the accompanying software and documentation and any error corrections provided by Sun (collectively "Software"), by the number of users and the class of computer hardware for which the corresponding fee has been paid.
License to Use. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, but not limited to the Java Technology Restrictions of the Supplemental License Terms, Sun grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license without license fees to reproduce and use internally Software complete and unmodified for the sole purpose of running Programs. FINRA grants to Participant a non-exclusive, non- transferable, non-assignable license during the Term of this Agreement to access, receive and use the Service including but not limited to Licensed Programs and Licensed Materials, related to the Service that are provided in connection therewith to aid in understanding or applying the Service and which are made available by FINRA for any purpose not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement or with FINRA Rules. The foregoing license is conditioned upon Participant’s, and its appointed Security Administrator’s, current and continued compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement including but not limited to all relevant Attachments and FINRA Rules.
License to Use. The State grants to the Community User a licence to use the Premises and the Equipment for the purpose described in the Schedule and for no other purpose. The Community User agrees to abide by the Conditions of Use set out in clause 8 below. This licence is not transferable.
License to Use. This agreement is a license to use a space only for storage of the Boat subject to this Agreement.

License to Use. 3.1. Use of the Site and the Works is subject to the terms of use in the Agreement herein and as may be set from time to time by the Site, and will be done only in accordance with them.
