No Fee. Neither the Issuer, nor the Depositor, nor any of their Affiliates has paid or agreed to pay to any Person any compensation for soliciting another to purchase the Purchased Notes.
No Fee. The Contractor certifies it has not received, nor paid or agreed to pay another person or entity, other than a bona fide employee working exclusively for the Contractor, any fee, commission, percentage, gift, or any other consideration contingent upon or resulting from the award or making of the Contract.
No Fee. Subject to clause 18, no Paying Agent will charge any commission or fee in relation to any payment under this agreement.
No Fee. For Cost Type Contracts where no fee is to be paid for performing this Agreement, after payment of 80 percent of the total estimated cost shown in the Agreement, BSA may withhold further payment of allowable cost until a reserve is set aside in an amount considered necessary to protect BSA’s and the Government’s interest. This reserve shall not exceed one percent of BSA’s share of the total estimated cost or $10,000, whichever is less.
No Fee. The parties hereto hereby represent that there are no brokers or finders entitled to compensation in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.
No Fee. No fee would be allowed in those instances where (i) the fee is specifically precluded under the contract; (ii) where a state audit is currently in progress or being planned; or (iii) based on OUF’s experience it is inappropriate for OUF to pay a fee for the compliance audit being recommended and OUF is allowing the Contractor to perform the work as an accommodation to the holder. The Contractor must not assess or collect a fee from OUF if a fee has been or will be paid either by a holder or its agent to facilitate the transfer of the unclaimed property in question. The Contractor is not eligible to collect a fee on property of a corporation that has contracted with its transfer and disbursing agent to report unclaimed property as part of the services to be rendered to such corporation.
No Fee. OSI shall provide all the services hereunder to each Fund for no compensation.
No Fee. No fee has been or will be paid to the Senior Agent in connection with this Amendment, Amendment No. 3 to Credit Agreement (the “Senior Amendment”) dated as of March 12, 2014, or the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby, except such fees as are set forth in the Senior Amendment (including the fee letter contemplated under the Senior Amendment). No other side letter or other agreement not disclosed to Lenders and Agent has been entered into in connection with this Amendment, the Senior Amendment or the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.

No fee has been or will be paid to the First Lien Agent in connection with this Amendment, Amendment No. 6 to Credit Agreement (the “Senior Amendment”) dated as of December 5, 2014, or the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby, except such fees as are set forth in the Senior Amendment. No other side letter or other agreement not disclosed to Lenders and Agent has been entered into in connection with this Amendment, the Senior Amendment or the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.

No fee has been or will be paid to the Second Lien Agent in connection with the Amendment No. 5 to Second Lien Term Loan Agreement (the “Second Lien Amendment”) dated as of December 5, 2014, or the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby, except such fees as are set forth in the Second Lien Amendment. No other side letter or other agreement not disclosed to Lenders and Agent has been entered into in connection with the Second Lien Amendment or the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.
