Not Responsible which means that you do not accept responsibility for the policy violation. The panel will consider whether or not you are responsible.
Not Responsible means, based on the applicable evidence collected during the investigation, it is not more likely than not that the Student did not commit a violation of the Student Code of Conduct.
Not Responsible means found not to have violated the Code.

Not Responsible means, based on the Preponderance of Evidence standard, that the Student did not commit a violation of the Student Code of Conduct.
