Mobile Deposit Clause Samples

The Mobile Deposit clause authorizes account holders to deposit checks or other negotiable instruments into their bank accounts using a mobile device, typically through a banking app. This process involves capturing an image of the check and submitting it electronically, subject to certain eligibility requirements and deposit limits set by the bank. The clause ensures that customers can conveniently deposit funds without visiting a branch, while also outlining the responsibilities and limitations associated with mobile deposits to prevent fraud and processing errors.
