Electronic Image definition

Electronic Image means an electronic representation of a paper document.
Electronic Image means a digital or electronic representation of an Original Check that is a Sufficient Copy and meets all of the Standards and is submitted by you to Bank for processing and collection as a Substitute Check.
Electronic Image means an image that is electronically inserted into Telecasts through use of the L-VIS(TM) System.

  • If any Electronic Image is not complete, is not usable, or does not adhere to the standards, the Electronic Image may not be processed by Bank, in which even your deposit will be adjusted and notification provided.


More Definitions of Electronic Image

Electronic Image means information in electronic form, together with other electronic images and other information related thereto and transmitted therewith. Bank shall have no liability under this Section to the extent a Claim is attributable to (a) modification of the Software by anyone other than Bank, its service providers or its Licensors, without the express prior written consent of Bank; (b) combination or use of the Software with any software or hardware that is not provided by Bank; (c) use of the Software in any way not authorized by this SS Agreement; (d) transmission of Electronic Images to any other computer, system or media, other than transmission to Bank or its designees, as applicable, for the purpose of the RDC Service; (e) use of other than the most current release of the Software provided to you; or (f) any breach by you of this SS Agreement. If use of any portion of the Software by you is, or in Bank’s opinion is likely to be, enjoined due to any Claim, Bank shall, at its sole option and expense, do one or more of the following: (a) provide you the right to continue using such Software at no additional expense, (b) replace or modify such Software with non-infringing software, (c) resolve any Claim to allow use of such Software at no additional expense, or (d) if the remedies set forth in (a), (b) and (c) are not obtainable on commercially reasonable terms, terminate the license and accept return of such Software. You agree and acknowledge that the remedy provided in this Section is your sole and exclusive remedy, and consequently the sole and exclusive liability of Bank with respect to any Claim or any related action, and Bank shall not be otherwise liable to you for providing non-infringing software.
Electronic Image must contain: (i) a complete, legible, and accurate image of the front of the check showing the name of the drawer/payor, signature(s), the paying bank’s pre-printed information, MICR encoded information, the name of the payee, and the payment amount information; and (ii) a complete, legible, and accurate image of the back of the check showing your signature endorsement. The following check items are not accepted for deposit through the Remote Deposit Capture service: • Items displaying a “non-negotiable” or “void” notation or watermark. • Items containing an alteration on the front of the check, or which you know or suspect, or should know or suspect, are fraudulent or otherwise not authorized by the owner of the account on which the check is drawn. • Items dated more than six (6) months prior to the date of deposit. • Items previously converted to a substitute check or items that are remotely created checks as defined by Federal Reserve Board Regulation CC. • Items issued by or through a financial institution in a foreign country. • Items not payable in United States currency. • Items with incomplete or illegible information. • Items that are money orders, traveler’s checks, or savings bonds. • Items made payable to a third party (i.e., any person or entity other than you). • Items that are in violation of any federal or state law, rule, or regulation. • Checks or items prohibited by the Credit Union’s current procedures relating to the Remote Deposit Capture service or are otherwise not acceptable under the terms of your Credit Union account. • Items with any endorsement on the back other than what is specified in this Agreement. You agree to follow any and all other procedures and instructions for use of the Remote Deposit Capture service as the Credit Union may establish from time to time. Failure to do so may result in your transaction(s) not being processed and/or the removal of the Remote Deposit Capture services.
Electronic Image has the meaning as set out in Section 39 hereof; • “Goods” means the goods which are the subject matter of the Purchase Order, including any material, machinery, equipment and apparatus to be supplied and installed or erected by the Supplier and goods required to be furnished or performed by the Supplier according to the Purchase Order; • “Paper Record” has the meaning as set out in Section 39 hereof; • “Proprietary Data” has the meaning as set out in Section 22 hereof; • “Purchase Order” means the form of agreement issued by Edmonton Airports and accepted by the Supplier and includes all of the documents, including without limitation the Supplier’s bid or proposal, all associated drawings, specifications, descriptions, these terms and conditions, and the documentation listed on the face of the Purchase Order, if any; • “Services” means the activities provided by the Supplier, particulars of which are described in the Purchase Order and includes any labour, supervision, inspection or installation of Goods; • the “Supplier” means the corporation, person or partnership named under “Supplier Name” on the face of the Purchase Order; and • “Withholding Taxes” has the meaning as set out in Section 8 hereof.
Electronic Image means the electronic image of each Paper Item and other information captured from the Paper Item. After we receive your transmission, we will review each Electronic Image. For each Electronic Image that we determine is eligible for processing, we will:

Electronic Image means the representation of a source document that can be used to generate an intelligible reproduction of that document, or the reproduction itself.In the case of paper source document an intelligible reproduction means that:• the reproduction is made with the intention of standing in place of the source document;• the interpretation of the reproduction, for the purposes for which it is being used, gives the same information as the source document; and• the limitations of the reproduction (e.g., resolution, tone, or hues) are well defined and do not obscure significant details.
