The Event. The VESA PlugTest March 20-24, 2016 brings both PC and CE display related manufacturers together at a single location to validate PC and CE system interoperability. This PlugTest is targeted at computing platform manufacturers, independent add-in card manufacturers, display manufacturers, connector manufacturers, device manufacturers, and test and measurement manufacturers that are based around the DisplayPort interface. At the PlugTest, various companies, including the undersigned Participant may test interoperability of their products with those of other companies in attendance. VESA hosts this PlugTest.
The Event. 3.1 If the City is selected as host city and this Agreement is not terminated by the City or the Authority under Section 2, those stages of the Event to be held in the City will consist of: (i) possibly one America’s Cup World Series Pre-regatta in 2011; (ii) one or two America’s Cup World Series Pre-regattas in 2012, each having an approximate duration of nine racing days (or, if there is no Pre-regatta in 2011 and only one Pre- regatta in 2012, having an approximate duration of eighteen racing days); (iii) the America’s Cup Challenger Series having a minimum of 20 race days ; (iv) the America’s Cup Defender Series, if GGYC elects to hold one; and (v) the Match having a minimum of five race days.
3.2 The Authority currently plans to stage the Event generally in accordance with the Event Plan, utilizing the Venues described in the Space Plan. The Parties acknowledge that the Event Plan and the Space Plan are preliminary and subject to change by mutual agreement of the parties, and are dependent on numerous factors including, without limitation, due diligence review of the Venues, sponsorship support and other economic considerations, the scope and outcome of CEQA review and the timing, availability and conditions of required authorizations, approvals and exemptions from Governmental Authorities. References in this Agreement to the “Event Plan” and the “Space Plan” include Exhibit A and Exhibit B, respectively, as the same may be modified from time to time by the Authority in accordance with this Agreement. The Authority acknowledges that: (i) the information in the Event Plan and the Space Plan will serve as the basis for the “project” description for environmental review of the Event under CEQA; (ii) the degree of specificity that the Authority is able to provide in the Event Plan and the Space Plan will affect the City’s ability to complete environmental review under CEQA by the date specified in Section 2.3; and (iii) subsequent changes in the Event Plan and the Space Plan affecting the environmental impacts of the Event may affect the date by which environmental review will be completed.
3.3 The parties acknowledge the need for flexibility in the planning, organizing and conducting the Event and they agree to work cooperatively to assure such flexibility. The Event. 3.1 The Parties agree the Event will be named the EVENT TITLE HERE . The LOC further agrees to not give names to the Event other than those mentioned in this section.
3.2 The Event will be held at the LOCATION AND DATE and the LOC will provide the services as described in this Agreement and the Schedules.
3.3 The Event will be subject to the rules of Triathlon Canada. In case of dispute between the terms of this Agreement and the Event regulations, the latter will take precedence.
The Event. For the purpose of this Agreement, and unless TAB notifies Sponsor to the contrary, TAB is the owner and organizer of the Event. TAB shall reasonably endeavor to have the Event take place on the date(s), at the time(s) and at the location(s) specified in this Agreement.

The Event. 5.1. The times of the Event are set out in the Venue Hire Agreement. Bar service must finish 30 minutes prior to the end of the permit. On weekdays this is 01:00 AM and on Weekends this is 03:00 AM. Extra opening hours can be arranged – this needs to be addressed by the booking and can be declined.
5.2. The Client will not invite or permit more than the agreed number of Guests to attend the Event.
5.3. The Client must supply to TA at least 24 hours in advance of the commencement of the Event a list of anticipated Guests in such cases where TA has specifically requested this information.
5.4. TA, its representatives, employees or agents reserve the right to: a) refuse entry to any persons who are in the opinion of TA posing a safety or security risk at or in the vicinity of the Property during, immediately prior to or immediately following the Event; and b) request proof of invitation or identification from each or any Guest, without which entry to the Property may be refused.
5.5. At the time of booking the Client must appoint a Named Organiser to be the sole point of contact for the Duty Manager. The Named Organiser must remain in the Venue throughout the Event to liaise with the Duty Manager in monitoring the Event and to accomplish an orderly departure of guests.
5.6. The Client will ensure that all Guests leave the Venue quietly and that no disturbance is caused to local residents or business as a result of the departure of Guests from the Event at any time; and that all Guests leave the Venue no later than 15 minutes after the scheduled end of the Event.
