Deposit Acceptance. You agree that Credit Union may at any time, in its sole discretion, refuse to accept deposits of checks from you via Mobile Deposit session. In the event that the Service is interrupted or are otherwise unavailable, you may deposit checks in-person at a Credit Union branch or via night drop or mail or other contractually acceptable method.

In the event that eDeposit check capture services are interrupted or are otherwise unavailable, Member may, at its option, deposit checks in-person at a Credit Union branch or via night drop or mail or other contractually acceptable method.
Deposit Acceptance. You agree that CCCU may at any time, in its sole discretion, refuse to accept deposits of checks from you by a Deposit Capture service. In the event that a Deposit Capture service is interrupted or is otherwise unavailable, you may deposit checks in-person at a CCCU branch, via night drop, mail or any other contractually acceptable method.

In the event that the Service is interrupted or are otherwise unavailable, you may deposit checks in-person at a Credit Union branch or via night drop or mail or other contractually acceptable method.
Deposit Acceptance. Member agrees that the Credit Union may at any time, in its sole discretion refuse to accept deposits of items from Member via SCU Remote Deposit. In the event that the SCU Remote Deposit services are interrupted or are otherwise unavailable, Member may, at his or her option, deposit checks in person at a Credit Union branch or via night drop or mail or other contractually acceptable method.
Deposit Acceptance. You agree that the Credit Union may at any time, in its sole discretion, refuse to accept deposits of items from you via eDeposits. The Credit Union shall have no obligation to accept a deposit for reasons including, but not limited to: • The Credit Union receives actual notice or has reason to believe that you have filed or commenced a petition or proceeding for relief under any bankruptcy or similar law; • The ownership of funds involving a deposit or your authority to transmit a deposit is in question; • The Credit Union suspects a breach of any security procedure; • The Credit Union suspects that your account has been used for illegal or fraudulent purposes; or • The Credit Union reasonably believes that a deposit is prohibited by federal law or regulation, including exceeding any limitation imposed on the Credit Union by any governmental or regulatory body, or otherwise so provided in herein. In the event that eDeposits capture services are interrupted or are otherwise unavailable, you may, at your option, deposit items in-person at a Credit Union branch or via mail or other contractually acceptable method.
Deposit Acceptance. You agree that we may at any time, at our sole discretion, refuse to accept deposits of checks via the Service and that, in the event is not available, for any reason, including, but not limited to, communications, equipment or software outages, interruptions or failures, you may at your option, deposit originals of all checks in- person, at one of our branch locations, via night drop, mail or other contractually acceptable method (See Membership and Account Agreement). You shall continue to make deposits only in this manner until such time that that outage, interruption or failure is identified and resolved. The deposit of original checks at a branch shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the Membership and Account Agreement but not by the terms of this Agreement. You agree that we may, at our option, decline to accept the deposit of an item through the Service and require you to present the original item for deposit and processing.
Deposit Acceptance. Member agrees that the Credit Union may at any time, at its sole discretion, refuse to accept deposits of checks from Member via a Mobile MyDeposit session. In the event that Mobile MyDeposit Services are interrupted or otherwise unavailable, Member may, at his/her option, deposit checks in person at a Credit Union branch, CU Service Center, ATM, via night drop or mail, or other contractually acceptable method.
Deposit Acceptance. We reserve the right to reject any item transmitted through the Service, at our discretion. We are not responsible for items we do not receive or for images that are dropped during transmission. An image of an item shall be deemed received when you receive a confirmation from the Credit Union that we have received the image. Receipt of such confirmation does not mean that the transmission was error free or complete, the item was accepted for deposit, the funds are available for withdrawal, or that the Credit Union received payment from the issuer of the Check.
Deposit Acceptance. You agree that OCCU may at any time, in its sole discretion, refuse to accept deposits of checks from you via remote deposit session. In the event that the service is interrupted or are otherwise unavailable, you may deposit checks in-person at an OCCU branch or via night drop or mail or other contractually acceptable method.
