Coverage starts at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time on the effective date.Dependents may be enrolled within 31 days of the Employee’s eligibility date to have the same effec- tive date of coverage as the Employee.
As used in this Offer to Purchase, “business day” means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or a federal holiday, and consists of the time period from 12:01 a.m. through midnight, Pacific Time.
