Deposit Limitations. You may use Mobile and Online Deposit to deposit no more than a total of $3,500 per deposit, $7,000 per day, and for a total not to exceed $25,000 in any 30 day period.

Deposit Limitations. You may not use Mobile Deposit to deposit any item greater than $3,000.00. The maximum dollar amount of all mobile deposits per member may not exceed $3,000.00 per day.
Deposit Limitations. You may send multiple Files to the Credit Union throughout the day, not to exceed $2,500.00 per check or $2,500.00 per day. If the total dollar value of the Files sent by you to the Credit Union on any day exceeds the Deposit Limit, the Credit Union may, at its option, refuse to accept the File that exceeds the Deposit Limit, or the Credit Union may accept and process the File. The following are examples of items not accepted for deposit through Remote Deposit Capture service (this list is not exhaustive) : • Items made payable to a third party (i.e. any person or entity not a party to the account). • Items displaying a “non-negotiable,” “void” or similar notation or watermark. • Items containing evidence of alteration or other indicators that call into question either the authenticity of the item or your authority to negotiate it. • Items dated more than six (6) months prior to the date of deposit. • Items previously converted to a substitute check or items that are remotely created checks as defined by Regulation CC. • Items issued by or through a financial institution in a foreign country. • Items not payable in United States Currency. • Items with incomplete or illegible information. • Items that are savings bonds. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES You are solely responsible for: • Transmitting to the Credit Union a complete, accurate and legible image of the front and back of the original check without any alterations. • Paying any overdraft or NSF fee charged by the Credit Union or any third party as a result of the Credit Union’s rejection of any item(s), or for any item(s) returned unpaid. • Ensuring the safekeeping or destruction of the original item after the item has been scanned, transmitted and deposited electronically. Keep your paper check until the funds are posted to your account. MEMBER WARRANTIES By using the Service, you represent and warrant that: • The item transmitted is a complete, accurate and unaltered item payable to you, that it originated as a paper item, and that you are legally entitled to negotiate it. • The original check has not and will not be: (i) deposited; (ii) endorsed to a third party; or (iii) otherwise negotiated or submitted for payment, after transmitting the digital image through the Service. • No other duplicate images of the original check have been made. • The electronic image of the check, or any substitute check as defined by federal law, will become the representation of the check for all purposes (except funds availability) inc...
Deposit Limitations. The current daily maximum amount that can be deposited through the Mobile Deposit Service on any Business Day is $5,000.00, unless specified otherwise. Bank, however, reserves the right to impose limits on the amount(s) and/or number of transactions made by Company using the Mobile Deposit Service and to modify such limits from time to time. Funds deposited using the Mobile Deposit Service after the Cut-Off Time or on a non-Business Day (or both) will apply to the daily maximum amount for the next Business Day.

We may establish individual limits on the dollar amount and number of items or deposits allowed through this Service from time to time. If you attempt to initiate a deposit in excess of these limits, we may reject your deposit. Deposits made on non-business days will be aggregated with and applied to the next business days limits. Non-business days are generally Saturdays, Sundays, federal holidays and Hawaii state holidays observed by the Credit Union.
