Data Plan definition

Data Plan means the connectivity provided pursuant to a contract, directly between you and the applicable Network Provider, to your Vehicle by a Network Provider;
Data Plan means a certain scope of AVO simfree Services available for the Account Holder for the defined period of time on conditions prescribed in the AVO simfree Application.

  • Purchasing Entity’s Data Plan is intended for Web browsing, messaging, and similar activities.

  • Implementer shall develop a Program Data Plan that details the data elements the Implementer will use in support of the Program including, but not limited to, the data element, source of the data, and the Implementer Parties who have access to the data.
