Maintenance of. REGISTER BY THE ADMINISTRATIVE AGENT. The Administrative Agent, acting for this purpose as an agent of the Borrowers, shall maintain at one of its offices in New York City a copy of each Assignment and Acceptance delivered to it and a register for the recordation of the names and addresses of the Lenders, and the Commitment of, and principal amount of the Loans owing to, each Lender pursuant to the terms hereof from time to time (the "REGISTER"). The entries in the Register shall be conclusive, and the Borrowers, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders may treat each Person whose name is recorded in the Register pursuant to the terms hereof as a Lender hereunder for all purposes of this Agreement, notwithstanding notice to the contrary. The Register shall be available for inspection by any Borrower and any Lender, at any reasonable time and from time to time upon reasonable prior notice.

Maintenance of. Unless otherwise stipulated, seniority shall continue to accumulate during any paid leave, and for the first thirty (30) days of any unpaid leave. An employee returning from an extended unpaid leave of absence shall be credited with the amount of seniority which existed at the end of the first thirty days of the leave period.

Contractor shall maintain books, charts, documents, papers, reports and records (including, but not limited to, financial, accounting, and administrative records, patient medical records, prescription files and Authorizations) related to Services provided hereunder to Members, to the cost thereof, to payments received from Members or others on their behalf, and to the financial condition of Cantractor (“Records”). Records also include those that are customarily maintained by Contractor for purposes of claims and reviewing appropriate utilization of Services. Contractor shall maintain Records in with applicable state and federal requirements, including privacy and confidentiality requirements and in accord with the general standards applicable to that book or record keeping. Records shall be legible, kept with detail (i) consistent with appropriate medical and professional practice and prevailing community standards, (ii) which permits effective internal professional review and external medical audit process, and (iii) which facilitates an adequate system follow-up treatment. Maintenance of. RECORDS Licensee shall maintain complete, current, and accurate record of the number and location of all copies of the Software (including all extracts, adaptations, or transcriptions thereof) and, upon request by Licensor, make such records available for review by Licensor representatives.

Notice of Suspension, Disciplinary Layoff or Discharge The plant management agrees promptly upon the suspension, disciplinary layoff or discharge of an employee including a probationary employee to notify in writing the employee and the Xxxxxxx or Plant Shop Committeeperson in the district of the suspension, disciplinary layoff or discharge, and reason therefor. G-RIEVANCE PROCEDURE Such notice will be provided at a reasonable time where practicable prior to the end of the shift and will advise the employee that the employee has the right to request union representation. If such an employee is absent from the plant at the time the action is taken, or where it was not practicable to provide written notice prior to leaving the plant, management will send to the employee’s last known address notice of suspension, disciplinary layoff or discharge and notice that the employee has the right to request representation.
