Servicing and Collection. The servicing of the Mortgage Loans by the Seller or a sub-servicer retained by the Seller has been legal, proper and prudent in all material respects.

Xxxxxx agrees that Lessor, Xxxxxx's affiliates, agents and service providers may monitor and record telephone calls regarding your account to assure the quality of our service or for other reasons. Servicing and Collection. 1. Personnel involved in servicing accounts, collection, loss mitigation, repossession and bankruptcy shall generally not have access to data that may reveal prohibited basis and nondiscrimination categories information about a customer (“Protected Data”) (except certain information required to service the account, for example, name and date of birth). The Responsible EVP and applicable Senior Management shall determine what Personnel, if any, need access to Protected Data to perform their job duties.
