Chat. At any time and in connection with any product or service that Company selects at our sole discretion, Company may make interactive online chat (“Chat”) service available to you. Company makes no warranty that Chat service will be available at any particular time or be free of fault or error. The Chat service is provided as a convenience to facilitate your understanding of Company’s products, services, and online applications related to those products or services. Our Chat service agents will try to provide you with accurate and current information based on your question or need. You will not use the Chat service to send any abusive, defamatory, dishonest, or obscene message, and doing so may result in termination of the Chat service session. This session may be recorded. You are responsible for monitoring this session to ensure that no confidential information is inadvertently accessed or submitted. This Chat service (including any attachments) may contain confidential information intended for a specific individual and purpose, and is protected by law. If you are not the intended recipient, you should end this session. Any disclosure, copying or distribution of this information, or the taking of any action based on it, is strictly prohibited. Company reserves the right to use communications provided by you in the Chat service for promotional purposes, provided however, that such communications will contain no personal, account, or confidential information, with the exception of first names. Services After we have received Carroll County Schools’s signed Sales Order, a member of Carroll County Schools’s Implementation Team will receive an Implementation Verification Document to verify information and gather any additional account information. Upon receiving the verification document, a Schoology Client Success Manager (CSM) will schedule a Kickoff Call to begin the implementation process. During the Kickoff Call, Schoology’s CSM will review all of the initial setup steps that Carroll County Schools will need to get started, as well as address any potential questions or additional needs that may arise. After the Kickoff Call, Carroll County Schools will have access to Schoology’s consulting services, which includes check-in calls and support during implementation. During this process, we establish milestones for your Schoology Subscription system configuration, and product training. Schoology will provide continual support throughout the implementation process through our Implementation and Support Teams.
