Verification Document definition

Verification Document has the meaning given in paragraph 39 in Schedule 1; “Verification Meetings” has the meaning given in paragraph 39 in Schedule 1;
Verification Document means a computer print-out, as in Form A showing part of the former contents and the new contents of a document of title after decision by the Registrar on any matter presented for entering into the computer printed document of title;
Verification Document means your National Registration Identity Card, a valid passport or any supporting document we requested for verification purposes.

  • Related Document any agreement, certificate, document or instrument relating to a Letter of Credit.

  • E-Auction Process Information Document means this document including all the appendices hereto, for the purposes of setting out the process for submission of a bid and selection of Successful Bid in accordance with the provisions of the IBC and shall include all supplements, modifications, amendments, alterations or clarifications thereto issued in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • Registration Document means a written instrument issued by the department to publicly document that the registrant has complied with this chapter and the applicable rules and standards as prescribed by the department.

  • Acquisition Documents means the Acquisition Agreement and all other agreements and documents relating to the Acquisition, as the same may be amended, modified and/or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.

  • Other Transaction Documents means the Transaction Documents other than this Agreement.

  • Settlement Document shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(a).
