Verification Document definition

Verification Document has the meaning given in paragraph 39 in Schedule 1; “Verification Meetings” has the meaning given in paragraph 39 in Schedule 1;
Verification Document means a computer print-out, as in Form A showing part of the former contents and the new contents of a document of title after decision by the Registrar on any matter presented for entering into the computer printed document of title;
Verification Document means your National Registration Identity Card, a valid passport or any supporting document we requested for verification purposes.

Examples of Verification Document in a sentence

  • The Verification Document must be indelible and must be issued and administered by the Corporation.

  • When requested by Authorised Officers, the Corporation agrees to confirm, by reference to this register, whether or not an individual is the holder of the Verification Document.

  • If the individual fails to produce the Verification Document to establish his or her entitlement under the Authorisation Orders or the Exemption, the Authorised Officer may act in accordance with his or her statutory duties.

  • A ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Wurrung member may only carry out activities pursuant to this Authorisation Order if they have been issued with a Verification Document.

  • The Verification Document shall be sufficient to establish an individual’s entitlement to the terms and conditions of the Authorisation Orders and the Exemption and include the following details of the holder: name residential address date of birth; and a unique emblem or insignia of ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Wurrung membership.
