It is understood that new employees will receive this training with twelve (12) months of hire date. Letter of Scheduling Intent: Within (90) days after ratification of the Collective Agreement both parties agree to meet to discuss scheduling in the different work locations. This meeting will identify issues in key areas where scheduling could be improved. The parties agree to examine and create a pilot program in Centre(s) (one or more) to address issues that could be improved.
