Directory. The bulletin board or directory of the Building will be provided exclusively for the display of the name and location of tenants and Landlord reserves the right to exclude any other names therefrom.
Directory. The lobby shall contain a computerized directory wherein the Building's tenants shall be listed with a capacity for up to 50 listings per floor for Tenant and others permitted to occupy the Premises hereunder, provided Tenant shall be entitled to such proportion of such listings as the Agreed Area of Premises is to the rentable square foot area of such floor. From time to time, but not more frequently than once every three (3) months, Landlord shall reprogram the computerized directory to reflect such changes in the listings therein as Tenant shall request.
Directory. The Lessor shall provide a standard directory sign in the lobby and corresponding floors of the building and allocate appropriate places for the Lessee to add its name thereon according to unified font or character standards designated by the Lessor, the first installation of which will be free of charge.
Directory. When the name on the directory of the building is changed upon the request of the Lessee, the Lessee shall pay the expenses for installation, repair, change or replacement of the Lessee’s name on the directory.
Directory. 10. Landlord will furnish on the building directory listings requested by Tenant, not to exceed five (5) listings. The initial listings will be made at Landlord's expense and any subsequent changes by Tenant shall be made at Tenant's expense. Landlord's acceptance of any name for listing on the directory will not be deemed, nor will it substitute for, Landlord's consent, as required by this lease, to any sublease, assignment or other occupancy of the Premises.
Directory. The directory of the Building will be provided for the display of the name and location of tenants, and Landlord reserves the right to exclude any other names therefrom. Tenant shall be allocated its pro rata share of lines on the Building directory board in the main lobby.

Landlord reserves the right to review and approve all signage and directory listings. Tenant shall pay Landlord’s reasonable charges for changing any directory listing at Tenant’s request.
Directory. Landlord shall maintain a directory of office tenants in the lobby area of the Building, on which shall be listed the name of Tenant, at no charge to Tenant. In the event Landlord permits Tenant to add more names to the directory (which Landlord may grant or deny in its sole discretion), Tenant shall pay the actual cost of lobby directory signage over an allowance of one (1) directory space per Tenant.

Landlord may charge Tenant for each name, in addition to the name of Tenant, listed in such directory, and for any change in the name or location of Tenant.
