Directory. Subject to the terms of this Section 4.6, Landlord shall make available to Tenant, from and after the Commencement Date, the computerized directory in the lobby of the Building for purposes of listing the names of the personnel of Permitted Parties. Landlord shall reprogram such directory to add or delete names of the personnel or Permitted Parties promptly after Tenant’s request from time to time, except that Tenant shall not have the right to make any such request more frequently than twice in any particular period of ninety (90) days. Tenant shall pay to Landlord, as additional rent, a reasonable charge for any such reprogramming requested by Tenant, within thirty (30) days after the date that Landlord gives to Tenant an invoice therefor (it being understood that Tenant shall not be required to pay such charge for the initial programming of such computerized directory or for the first two (2) reprogramming requests in any given year of the Term, provided that such reprogramming requests do not require more than ten (10) name changes). If Landlord replaces the computerized directory with a standard directory in the lobby of the Building, then Tenant shall be entitled to a portion of such listings on such directory based on the proportion that the number of square feet of Rentable Area of the Premises bears to the number of square feet of Rentable Area of the Building (other than any retail portion thereof) for purposes of listing the names of the personnel of Permitted Parties as provided in this Section 4.6. Landlord reserves the right to remove the directory in the lobby of the Building at any time (without making a replacement thereof).
Directory. The lobby shall contain a computerized directory wherein the Building's tenants shall be listed with a capacity for up to 50 listings per floor for Tenant and others permitted to occupy the Premises hereunder, provided Tenant shall be entitled to such proportion of such listings as the Agreed Area of Premises is to the rentable square foot area of such floor. From time to time, but not more frequently than once every three (3) months, Landlord shall reprogram the computerized directory to reflect such changes in the listings therein as Tenant shall request.
Directory. Landlord shall maintain a directory of office tenants in the lobby area of the Building, on which shall be listed the name of Tenant. In the event Landlord permits Tenant to add more names to the directory (which Landlord may grant or deny in its sole discretion), Tenant shall pay the actual cost of lobby directory signage over an allowance of one (1) directory space per Tenant.
Directory. The Lessor shall provide a standard directory sign in the lobby and corresponding floors of the building and allocate appropriate places for the Lessee to add its name thereon according to unified font or character standards designated by the Lessor, the first installation of which will be free of charge.

Landlord will not impose a charge for preparing and installing Tenant's initial listings on the lobby directories.
