Corporate Headquarters. The Borrower maintains dual corporate headquarters: in Oslo, Norway through Alpharma A.S. and in northern New Jersey (currently Fort Xxx), U.S.A. through the Parent Guarantor.
Corporate Headquarters. In the event that prior to the Effective Date, Metropolitan receives a written offer from a third party ("Offer") to purchase its corporate headquarters, Metropolitan will immediately advise Sky of said Offer and the terms thereof.
