Bandwidth Fees. Bandwidth overage fees will be incurred for each Gigabyte (GB) of usage over your allotted nsCommerceSpace™ plan amount. The fees are applied by the following scale: Per GB 6 - 10 $ 1.50 11 - 24 $ 3.50 25 - 60 $ 5.00 61 - 100 $ 7.50 Excess bandwidth usage cannot be purchased by you in advance. If you exceed your data transfer limit in the last 24 hours of any given month, Network Solutions will not charge you additional fees so long as the data transfer overage does not exceed 25GB. For nsCommerceSpace™, you agree that Network Solutions may automatically charge your credit card for the bandwidth overage fees. You may opt-out of automatic charges to your credit card by contacting Customer Service. If you opt out of the automatic overage charges, you risk account suspension if you exceed your allotted amount.

Bandwidth Fees. In consideration of the Services to be performed hereunder, THE CUSTOMER shall compensate CNS the total Recurring Fees due in advance for committed bandwidth in the upcoming month of service. THE CUSTOMER shall compensate CNS the total fees due for burstable or metered bandwidth (1) one month in arrears; except that CNS may require from THE CUSTOMER prepayment towards usage based fees should THE CUSTOMER begin to accrue an excessive amount of usage based fees mid-month.
Bandwidth Fees. Bandwidth use for bundled bandwidth packages related to Internet data transfers will be calculated on outgoing bandwidth transfer only. If Customer’s actual data transfer use exceeds the amount of Customer’s bandwidth package, Customer will be charged a bandwidth overage Fee as specified in the applicable Service Order. When using the MojoHost provided Content Delivery Network (“CDN”), Customer is responsible for all bandwidth costs associated with the delivery of content over the public Internet, including any content delivery caused by unauthorized use of Customer’s CDN connection. MojoHost will not enable “hotlinking” capability by default. If “hot-linking” capability is activated at Customer’s request, Customer remains responsible for all network use.

Bandwidth Fees. Commencing on the Effective Date, Client shall pay Synacor [*] per month (the “Bandwidth Fee”) for any month in which Synacor is hosting any Services in its data center. This Bandwidth Fee is intend to compensate Synacor for its incidental expenses related to hosting Services in its data center, including telecommunications bandwidth to support the email, portal, Internet Security, and Premium Product Services. The Bandwidth fee shall be paid monthly in accordance with Section 4.f. The Trustee shall adjust the net asset value (Trust Fund Evaluation) as of the dates specified in the preceding sentence to account for any variation between accrual of estimated license fee and the license fee payable pursuant to the Agreement, but such adjustment shall not affect calculations made prior thereto and no adjustment shall be made in respect thereof.

For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Hosting 46.7.4.1 At CLEC’s request, SBC-SWBT and SBC-AMERITECH shall perform hosting responsibilities for the provision of billable message data and/or access usage data received from CLEC for distribution to the appropriate billing and/or processing location or for delivery to CLEC of such data via SBC-SWBT’s and SBC-AMERITECH’s internal network or the nationwide CMDS network pursuant to the applicable Appendix HOST, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
