Provided Content definition

Provided Content means information or data created or obtained by Iternal from publicly available or private sources or its third-party content providers and made available to Customer through the Services, Beta Solutions or pursuant to a Statement of Work (“SOW”), as more fully described in the Documentation.
Provided Content means and includes any comments, feedback, suggestions, quotations, testimonials, endorsements, case studies, statements or similar materials or information provided by or on behalf of Customer or its employees or other representatives relating to Administrate or its products or services. Administrate may modify Provided Content so long as the original content is not significantly altered or misrepresented.
Provided Content means, if applicable, all data, information, and materials uploaded to, or run on through, the Services, by Client and/or by you including, without limitation, Account Information.

Examples of Provided Content in a sentence

  • Dealer may not modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, or distribute the Provided Content or the Services or create derivative works based on the Provided Content or the Services (either in whole or in part), except as provided in this Agreement.

  • The right to use other persons to “dub” any part of the performance attributed to Performer.

  • Provided that Dealer has paid all applicable fees for the Services and is otherwise in compliance with this Agreement, Shift Digital grants Dealer a limited, restricted, revocable, personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable and non-exclusive license to use the Services and the Provided Content provided to Dealer, subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Provided Dealer is not in default of any obligation under this Agreement, and provided Dealer has paid all applicable fees, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Shift Digital grants Dealer a limited, restricted, revocable, personal, royalty-free, non-assignable, nontransferable, non-sub-licensable and non-exclusive license to use the Services and the Provided Content provided to Dealer in the United States and Canada.

  • Service Provider Deliverables and Hosting Services shall be designed and operated in a manner that is clearly designed to effectively frustrate attempts by unauthorized parties to access, modify or duplicate Sprint Provided Content.

  • Service Provider agrees that it will use commercially reasonable systems tools and network security, including firewalls to monitor and prevent unauthorized access and redistribution, duplication, modification or uploading of the Sprint Provided Content from the Service Provider Deliverables and Hosting Services.

  • The Fees set forth in Section 4.3 [Fees] above include Hosting Services for [*] Channel Partners of Sprint Provided Content during each year of the Term.
