Year Three definition

Year Three means the 12-consecutive-month period beginning on the second anniversary of the Effective Date and ending on the day immediately prior to the first day of Year Four.

Year Three means the twelve-month period beginning on the second anniversary of the entry into force of this Agreement;

Year Three means the twelve months following the second anniversary of the Commencement Date.
