The Support Resources clause defines the types and levels of assistance that will be provided to the other party, typically in the context of technical or customer support. It outlines what resources—such as help desks, online documentation, or dedicated support personnel—are available, and may specify response times, hours of availability, or escalation procedures. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the support services included, helping to manage expectations and reduce disputes related to service quality or responsiveness.
